Our Whoopie Pies have been given an Easter twist! Inspired by Creme Eggs, these are chocolate sponge cakes, filled with a sweet white and orange fondant.

Chocolate flour blend (White rice flour, tapioca starch, cocoa powder, coconut flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, baking powder, xanthan gum) dark brown sugar, Coconut milk (water, Coconut,), black bean puree (black beans, water), water, vinegar, linseed, vanilla extract (water, glycerine, whole vanilla pods)
Fondant (Sugar, glucose syrup, water, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids), Yellow Food Colouring (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110)
We provide freshly made whoopie pies that are good for 3-5 days after receipt or can be frozen up to 3 months. In a warm room whoopies will defrost in 30-40 minutes. They will then keep for up to 5 days provided they are covered.
