Missing your breaded fish on Fridays or an authentic katsu curry? With a bit of imagination and recipe research you can use our breadcrumbs to recreate all those tasty crumbed dishes you miss, sans gluten.

As well as the perfect allergy friendly coating for fish, poultry, meat or vegetables, these crumbs are also ideal for sprinkling over pasta, soups and salads for extra crunch.

Approximately 300g per bag. Packaging is 100% compostable.

How to Use

Dip your meat, fish or veggie alternative in gluten free flour, beaten egg and our breadcrumbs before cooking. Don't forget to add your own favourite herbs and spices to the mix for extra flavour. Then simply bake, grill or fry for a delicious crunchy topping.

More inspiration!

One of our favourite crumb recipes is a broccoli bake, topped with cheese and crumbs. It's a real treat with a Sunday roast.

Let's not forget about the kids, big or little - you could make homemade fish fingers, fish cakes or chicken nuggets for tea! Much healthier than the frozen supermarket version.

You could also use our breadcrumbs to bulk up homemade burgers, meatballs or sausages to help make your meal stretch a little further. Must say, as Coeliacs it feels ironic to be suggesting this... We've collectively spent years being disappointed by the added wheat crumbs in products!


White Breadcrumbs

Please be aware: We are an allergy conscious bakery. Our premises is entirely free from gluten and peanuts. However, we do handle tree nuts, sesame, egg, milk, soya, (gluten free certified) oats, mustard and celery. Every care is taken to reduce the risk of contamination but our products may contain traces.
