Our teff bread can be served fresh for up to 3 days. Alternatively it can be sliced and frozen, allowing you to use the portions you require. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Simply one of the nicest GF breads I’ve tasted ...and over the last 20 years I’ve tasted a few.
The texture is more dense and consistent unlike other GF breads, most fall apart after cutting. Really liked the tangy/sourdough flavour to the crust.
I think the Teff wholemeal bread is the best bread I have ever tasted! A bit moorish to say the least.

The Teff loaf is just delicious. Soft, tangy and with a lovely crust. It also makes the best toast. I would love if it could be made in a square sandwich loaf shape, so it could be used for proper sized sandwiches.
