Our white bread can be served fresh for up to 3 days. Alternatively it can be sliced and frozen, allowing you to use the portions you require. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Note: If you need to toast the bread but don’t have a separate gluten free toaster, we recommend using toaster pockets or bags to avoid cross contamination.
Delicious bread - great texture and lovely crust - lovely as it is and wonderful for toast. Wish all GF bread was as good as this.
Best gluten free bread ever, and it last up to a week as well that if you have not eaten it all in one go because it so tasty. Love when I get one because it soup and sandwich time then.

Loved it. A beautiful crust with a soft inside, and didn’t break up even with cold butter. Intended to slice and freeze but kept eating it, will get the family loaf next time
