Our buckwheat bread can be served fresh for up to 5 days. Alternatively it can be sliced and frozen, allowing you to use the portions you require. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Note: If you need to toast the bread but don’t have a separate gluten free toaster, we recommend using toaster pockets or bags to avoid cross contamination.
